Waste Analysis

Analyze video data from surveillance cameras to detect waste containers as well as accummulating waste, and form reports regarding the location in the case of an anomaly (e.g. waste not picked up, overflowing bins/containers, etc.) to inform decisions of infrastructure like providing additional containers, fix/replace broken ones.
